This is the newest coffee-maker in the house!
A stove -top cappuccino-maker. Yeah, this one is a deviation from our penchant for black coffee.
This cappuccino maker is from Bialetti, just like our Stove Top Espresso Maker. Unlike hubby, I am still not a fan of espresso though the last time I had it, it wasn’t so bitter for me anymore (I’m getting the hang of it, maybe?). So this cappuccino-maker is a welcome addition to our collection.
This one is very simple to use. Just use the measuring cup that goes with the package to pour water into the lower chamber of the cappuccino maker. Then fill the filter basket with ground espresso coffee (only espresso ground coffee must be used). Secure the upper chamber in place and fill with milk up to the level indicated in the upper chamber. Close the lid, push the pressure valve (the black one that stands out in the middle) and place on stove. This is what you get after 4 minutes:
Pour the content into your cappuccino cup and enjoy your cappuccino!
Oh well, we don’t have cappuccino cups yet… that should be next on the line!
