Purchasing Movie Tickets

When was the last time we watched a movie?

We used to just line up to purchase our movie ticket but we discovered a new way last weekend when we went to CGV Times Square.

Yes, we did online reservation before. This self-ticketing corner isn’t new, either.

But this time, we noticed that people waiting for their turn to buy movie tickets were not lining up. There was no line at all. People were just going around or waiting for their numbers to be displayed in the tiny screens above each ticket agent’s lane.

And that’s when we noticed this cute machine at the “Waiting Number” corner:

So, this is how it’s done these days:-). We got ours

and waited… and waited.
