Coping Mechanism

Just when I thought the boys were all right, Firstborn got a fever and had to skip class today.

Last night, and the nights before that, I had been sleeping for less than 3 hours a day because of a new-found “career”… writing for a number of employers. Instead of posting my articles here in my blog, I submit the assigned tasks to my employers. I have to write 4-5 essays a day and it seems that I will be doing more. Anyway, I only meant to say that I am sleep-deprived.

I just had to do something this morning to make the day as bright as the weather outside. Oh yes, we had good Seoul weather since Thursday last week.

So, what was my coping mechanism?

I took out my Laneige lifting mask! It isn’t the time of the week to do that, but what the heck. I need to lift my spirit. Got to lift my facial muscles, too:-). Second-born had a good scare again from Mommy. lol. If I am as pretty as the Chic and Sassy Des, I would post my picture here with facial mask on. But, I’m not. Oh well!

Anyway, the day ended with a revitalized Firstborn who didn’t let the day pass by without playing outside. All’s well that end’s well.

  3. An interesting discussion is worth comment. I think that you should write much more on this subject, it may possibly not be a taboo subject but generally men and women are not enough to speak on such topics. To the next. Cheers
