Korean Recipes for Multicultural families

pb040987Jaz gave me a very useful book for free.

It’s “Korean Recipes for Multicultural Families”. This would come handy for women married to Koreans or for those who simply love to learn how to cook Korean dishes. The recipe is written both in Hangeul and English. The publisher is soon to publish this book in other languages and Tagalog is one of them.

The book also gives an overview of the Korean Food Culture and the recipes include those of kimchi (there are several kinds of kimchi), banchan or the side dishes, seasoned vegetables, soup, special dishes and snacks.

This book is a project of Daewoo Securities as part of their corporate social responsibility program and they are distributing this for free. If you want to get your own copy, visit Jaz’s site and leave her a message.
