If, and it is most likely, Binay will be given a free hand on the local government units, Mar Roxas, Chiz Escudero and others aspiring for the presidency in 2016 will have to kiss the 2016 presidency goodbye.

Though I’m not enthralled by the Aquino mania, I’m still hopeful that he’ll do well than the outgoing admin.
