Summer is Here!

It’s the first day of June. It’s officially the first day of summer. But, I think, the summer heat was too early this year.

I introduced ice candy to my Little Dynamo. Back in the Philippines, the ice candy would be packed in an ice candy plastic. I got a plastic ice candy holder/molder to excite him. Our first fruit ice candy was melon-flavored. I put the melon cubes in the blender together with some ice and condense milk. Uhmmm…. yummy!

My Little Dynamo would excitedly ask if the ice candy is already “cooked” and check it every now and then in the refrigerator. Look at those impatient hands above!
